Hello!

I am honored to serve as your child's principal at Southgate-Rippetoe Elementary School! My passion is creating environments where all students feel known, loved, and are challenged to grow in their pursuit. I am grateful you have trusted myself, along with our staff, to serve alongside you in your child's pursuit of growth. Southgate is a neighborhood school, made up of the most amazing neighbors! I love how our community works together to serve each other, side-by-side. I have been serving in Oklahoma public schools since 2008, and as a principal since 2015 as a principal. I have served the Southgate neighborhood since 2021 and I absolutely love it here! I have served at all levels of PK-12, as a paraprofessional, high school special education teacher, middle school assistant principal, elementary school head principal, and district-level administrator. I also love being a university adjunct instructor for their principal preparation program.

We are proud of our strong staff retention, which has shown annually to occur at 90-98%. Our academic growth has continued to climb in recent years. I believe that our team is world-class and feels a strong bond with our neighborhood and community.
